1. Logic of Financial Reversal

CloudSynapticAI operates as a full-service creative studio creating beautiful digital experiences and products. Due to the high-entropy nature of custom software design and neural architectural mapping, our financial protocols are strictly monitored to ensure the sustainability of our best-in-class experience strategy.

Initialization of any service—whether Cloud Migration, AI Analytics, or Website Design—triggers immediate resource allocation. Therefore, refunds are processed based on the synaptic stage of the project lifecycle.

2. Cancellation of Digital Products & Experiences

Clients seeking to terminate a project must initialize a formal cancellation request through our synaptic contact portal.

  • Pre-Initialization: If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the initial deposit and before the Experience Strategy has commenced, a 90% refund is eligible.
  • Strategy Phase: Once the brand strategy or architectural blueprinting has begun, only 50% of the milestone payment is refundable.
  • Development Phase: After the initialization of code or cloud deployment, all payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of labor and server resource consumption.

3. Technical Assessment & Recruitment Protocols

Regarding our IT Recruitment and Training services, specifically the Fresher Aptitude Test and technical readiness frameworks:

  • Assessment Fees: Fees paid for initializing the 60-question technical assessment engine are strictly non-refundable once the test token has been issued.
  • Training Bootcamps: Cancellation for specialized training modules must be requested 7 days prior to start for a partial credit; otherwise, the seat allocation is considered consumed.

4. Subscription Maintenance & Termination

For ongoing DevOps maintenance and cybersecurity monitoring pipelines, the following logic applies:

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current synaptic billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month terminations of cloud security services.

5. Force Majeure & Synaptic Failures

CloudSynapticAI shall not be held liable for refund requests arising from third-party service failures, such as Microsoft Azure outages or global network latency. While we design beautiful products, external technical environment shifts are outside our sphere of financial liability.

6. Dispute Resolution & Judicial Logic

Any disputes regarding the "strictly monitored" nature of these refunds must be resolved through the jurisdictional logic of Pune, Maharashtra. We maintain detailed logs of all synaptic interactions and project milestones to justify the retention of fees during arbitration.
