1. Initialization of Agreement

Welcome to CloudSynapticAI ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing cloudsynapticai.com (the "Website") or utilizing our services—including Cloud Architecture, AI Analytics, DevOps, and Technical Training—you (the "User," "Client," or "Candidate") initialize a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to these synaptic protocols, you must terminate your connection to our services immediately.

Our design services start and end with a best-in-class experience strategy that builds brands. This agreement governs the logic and delivery of those digital products and experiences.

2. Service Architecture & Delivery

CloudSynapticAI provides full-service creative and technical studio solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate service delivery based on technical necessity or breaches of agreement.

• Cloud & Azure: Service delivery is subject to third-party availability (Microsoft Azure).
• IT Recruitment: Our synaptic assessment framework (e.g., the 60-question test) is a proprietary tool used to evaluate technical readiness.
• Web & Software: We aim for beautiful digital experiences, but final performance is dependent on Client-provided assets and hosting environments.

3. Synaptic Intellectual Property

All content, code, logos, synaptic assessment questions, and design strategies displayed on this site are the exclusive property of CloudSynapticAI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view the site for information purposes only.

Unauthorized replication of our "Command Center" UI/UX designs, including the Crimson Red brand palette and Obsidian glassmorphic effects, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Protocol for User Conduct

Users are strictly forbidden from attempting to bypass our security protocols, reverse-engineer our software products, or utilize our assessment engine for unauthorized training of third-party AI models. Any attempt to scrape data from cloudsynapticai.com will result in a permanent IP block and legal initialization.

5. Financial Transactions & Logic

All service fees are quoted in INR or USD as per the synaptic proposal provided. Payments must be initialized according to the milestone schedule established in the individual project contract. Failure to meet payment deadlines may lead to a suspension of digital experiences & products.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudSynapticAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our technical assessment engine or cloud migration services. We provide "beautiful" products, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from their use.

7. Jurisdictional Logic & Disputes

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be initialized through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdictional protocol.
